ABOUT CHEF JORDAN SCHACHTER
Jordan’s Kitchen has been reconnecting people
with the food they eat since 2005. My mission is to build community
through the joy of cooking and eating with one another. I am
a personal chef in San Francisco and I teach group cooking
classes as a way to share my passion and knowledge with others.
These classes serve to nourish and educate you as a home cook,
providing tools, tips and techniques to expand your culinary
skills. My style combines classical technique with rustic charm
while emphasizing the use of fresh, seasonal and organic products.
I have cooked with numerous Bay Area chefs, most recently completing
a 6-month stage (apprenticeship) at Restaurant Gary Danko in
2008.
